Communications data processed on your behalf. When our AI answers or initiates calls, texts, chats, or emails for your business, we process the content of those communications, transcripts, recordings, and related metadata in order to provide the Service and populate your CRM.

- To configure and run your AI agents, capture leads, and update your CRM;
- To process payments and manage your Subscription;

3. Our Role: Controller and Processor
For information about your own account, Cynlie acts as a data controller. For the communications data we process on behalf of your business (for example, conversations with your customers), Cynlie generally acts as a processor or service provider that handles that data according to your instructions and these terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consents for the data you route through the Service.
4. AI Processing
The Service uses artificial intelligence to understand and respond to communications. We may use aggregated or de-identified data derived from usage to maintain and improve the Service. We are committed to responsible AI use and handle personal data in accordance with applicable law.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Service (such as hosting, telephony, payment, and analytics providers); third-party integrations you choose to connect; authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
