Each paid plan includes a monthly pool of AI voice minutes for calls handled by your receptionist and web voicebot. If you go over, extra minutes are billed at $0.20/min. You are never cut off, and you only pay for what you use.
What happens if I exceed my included usage?
Voice overage is a simple $0.20/min. Chat, SMS, email, and forms come with generous monthly limits, and moving up a plan is usually cheaper than paying overage at scale.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. There are no contracts and no lock-in.
How does annual billing work?
